處理時間 / Processing Time 所有訂單於確認付款後 1-3 個工作天內處理及發貨。 All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

運送時間 / Shipping Times 運送時間視乎發貨倉庫位置： Delivery times depend on the fulfillment warehouse location:

香港倉發貨：5-10 個工作天 / Hong Kong warehouse: 5–10 business days

中國倉發貨：7-15 個工作天 / China warehouse: 7–15 business days

美國倉發貨（送往美國境內）：5-10 個工作天 / US warehouse (domestic): 5–10 business days

其他訂單：10-21 個工作天 / Other orders: 10–21 business days

運費 / Shipping Fees 運費於結帳時顯示，部分訂單符合免費送貨資格。 Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Some orders may qualify for free shipping.

追蹤訂單 / Order Tracking 發貨後你將收到電郵通知，內附追蹤號碼。 A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

如訂單來自多個倉庫，可能分批發貨 / Orders sourced from multiple warehouses may be shipped separately.
